Versatile Opportunities: Our apprenticeship program focuses on industries such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, and Automobiles, providing participants with exposure to diverse sectors and career paths.
Final Year Students: Eligible candidates for our apprenticeship program must be in their final year of Diploma or Degree programs, particularly in fields such as Mechanical, Automobile, E&C, EEE.
On-the-Job Training: Our apprenticeship program offers 100% on-the-job training, providing participants with practical experience and valuable insights into industry standards and practices. The typical duration of the program ranges from 4 to 12 months, with opportunities for absorption into the same company upon completion.
Integrated Academic Credits: As part of the academic curriculum for Diploma students, participants receive inbuilt credits upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, enhancing their academic credentials and career prospects.
High Placement Rate: With a high placement rate into companies of Top Mechanical Companies and IT Companies such as Infosys, Cognizant, Concentrix, and Deloitte & other full-time positions, our apprenticeship program ensures that participants are well-prepared for entry into the workforce.
Stipend and Benefits: Apprentices receive competitive stipends ranging from 8000/- to 14000/- INR, along with additional benefits such as food, accommodation (terms and conditions apply ), and leave for examinations.
Career Counseling: Interested participants have access to career counselling services to explore further education and career opportunities.
Financial Aid Assistance: We assist apprentices in securing loans for higher studies, both domestically and internationally, supporting their educational aspirations.
